Terms Of Service

Pickup and Delivery

  • Complimentary pickup and delivery are provided when you accept the service quote.
  • If you decline the service quote, a non-refundable diagnostic fee of AED 99 will apply to cover the cost of pickup, delivery, and inspection.

Service Scope

  • We offer diagnostic, repair, and upgrade services for laptops, computers, and mobile devices.
  • All services are performed by certified professionals using genuine replacement parts.

Service Warranty

  • All services come with a 30-day service warranty.
  • Replaced parts include a 3-month warranty. Faulty parts replaced within this period will be serviced under warranty.

Service Process

  • After pickup, we will provide a diagnostic report. Repairs will commence only upon customer approval of the quoted charges.
  • The service turnaround time starts after approval of the service quote.

Priority Service

  • We offer a 24-hour priority service option for urgent repairs, subject to additional charges.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard service completion time is within 3 working days, barring delays due to part availability or other unforeseen factors.

Third-Party Components

  • If third-party components are required for repairs, we will notify customers in advance to obtain approval.
