Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality repair and service solutions. However, in the rare instance where the original issue persists after the repair and multiple resolution attempts fail, we will issue a refund. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
- The customer has provided reasonable opportunities for us to address and resolve the issue.
- All requested follow-up repairs or inspections have been completed as per our service terms.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the last resolution attempt. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Part Returns
Replaced parts are considered final sale and are non-returnable due to their nature as essential service components. However:
- If any issues arise with the replaced part within the warranty period, we will address them promptly.
- Faulty parts replaced under warranty will either be repaired or substituted at no additional cost.
Please note that any damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or external factors unrelated to our service is not covered by the warranty.
General Conditions
- Refunds or returns will not apply to diagnostic fees, pickup and delivery charges, or priority service fees.
- Customers must retain proof of service and warranty documentation to be eligible for refunds or warranty claims.
Service Process
- After pickup, we will provide a diagnostic report. Repairs will commence only upon customer approval of the quoted charges.
- The service turnaround time starts after approval of the service quote.
